This policy covers "SMHM uploader", the private tool the SMHM channel uses to publish its own videos to its own Facebook Page and YouTube channel.

Who uses the uploader

Only the owner of the SMHM Facebook Page and YouTube channel. The uploader is not offered to the public and has no other users.

What data it accesses, and why

• Facebook Page publishing (Page access token with permission to manage and publish the Page's posts): to upload the channel's own finished videos, with their titles and descriptions, to the SMHM Page.
• YouTube upload and read-only channel information: to upload the channel's own videos and thumbnails, and to confirm before each upload that the connected account is the SMHM channel.

The uploader does not read, collect or store data about any viewer, follower or other person: no comments, messages, profiles, contacts, analytics or email.

How the data is stored

The only things stored are the access tokens that let the uploader act for the Page and channel owner. They are kept in a private, access-restricted configuration file on the owner's own server, never shared, never sold and never used for advertising. The owner can revoke them at any time in Facebook's Business Integrations settings and at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
